Is my image ok to use?
The quality of your pic will determine the quality of the canvas/acrylic/print, generally images larger than 500kbs are fine up to A1 size, if you have any doubt simply email and request a proof prior to purchase.
What materials do you use?
We print on gallery grade canvas using state of the art epson wide format printers that use specially formulated k3 giclée ink.
We proudly clear coat seal all canvas prints with a satin finish protecting against scratches, stains, finger marks etc, will enhancing the colour gamut.
We use heavy duty, 3cm, 4cm and 5cm thick, mdf stretcher bar. They are our own custom made stretchers which have slightly curved edges to prevent canvas cracking and are beveled to prevent canvas 'ghosting' after stretching.
Banners are printed on canvas or vinyl, depending on indoor or outdoor.
Vintage frames are 3in 4in and 5in in depth and made from high grade materials.
How are our prices so low?
We've 10 years experience in the printing buisiness, we are able to source the best product at the best price, and we get the most out of our materials making less errors helping us to provide a fantastic service at little expense, passing the savings onto the customer.
How quickly can you print my canvas?
Our turnaround time is between 5-8 days this can vary during busy periods, if you need an order sooner we can deliver within 3 working days for an extra fee, simply contact via online messenger for a quote or call us on 028 71 372172
do they come ready-to-hang?
Canvas prints will come framed ready to hang with sawtooth frame hangers on reverse so you sit your print flush on the wall for a professional finish.
Vintage Frames will have d-rings coupled with hanging cord on the reverse.
Banners will have eyelets or eyeholes if requested.
Can i return my purchase for a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any custom made orders re:photo on canvas service, banners, acrylics, or vintage frames, if it has been damaged in transit we will provide a free replacement upon receipt of photographic confirmation of damage.
If you have purchased an artwork or scenery print you can return for a full refund minus any p&p costs incurred regardless if its free p&p on the listing or an exchange which will incur extra post costs.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, you can also send cheque or postal orders to be made payable to canvas art print, dont forgot to include reference with any posted payments.
